Long Time, No Blog

So I guess a lot has happened since the last time I wrote in this thing. This is Hardcore, Great American Hardcore Fest, some really good shows with Trapped Under Ice, Backtrack, Have Heart, Cruel Hand, Polar Bear Club, Naysayer, and more, and some tours were booked. If you haven’t heard yet, we are going on a 3 week tour later in October with New Found Glory. The dates have all been posted online so go check that out. You are going to be seeing a lot more of us in the future so don’t be worried if that tour doesn’t come near you. Also, Dave Sausage and Six Feet Under Records just put up preorder for the first official press of “Kingston”. There are 75 limited copies of the deluxe preorder and also regular preorders available as well as a new shirt and longsleeve so check all of that out. We are starting to write our first full length so information should be unfolding involving that over the upcoming months.
Listen to Gypsy.
Catch Up
Sorry I feel off with the blog. We didn’t have internet access every night and I just wasn’t able to update. A brief over view of the last couple of days: Richmond and DC were crazy, 18+ shows suck, Connecticut was a lot of fun, Make Do and Mend rules, we made some English friends (http://edgeacrossamerica.blogspot.com), Daylight rules, and we can’t wait to go back out.
If you missed Slambfest, I’m sorry. Here are the videos of our entire set thanks to Ott and KOfilms. See you in the USA.
Day 17. June 27, 2009. Uncle Pleasant's. Louisville, KY.
We woke up around noon and went to Qdoba and a record store. After eating, we went to eat some more at Taco Bell and then to a local skatepark which was crazy. It was a huge concrete skatepark with a full pipe and I was too intimitated to skate it. After that we went to the weirdest river spot that was a weird reservoir. After that we just hung around for a bit and went to the show. I had been to the venue once before and wasn’t expecting much but the show turned out to be one of the best of tour so far. Kids went off and the bands were all cool. After the show we just went back to the apartment where we stayed the night before and crashed.
Day 16. June 26, 2009. Day off.
We had a day off and went swimming and then got to go to the Nashville zoo before going to Louisville. We showed up to Louisville late at night and met some new friends and went to bed.
